Heart Soul Connection Program Together Against COVID Thank You To Our Community Health Workers Celebrating 10 Years of service to the San Diego Community 20122022 For the past decade Multicultural Health Foundations MHFs has been actively engaged in fulfilling its mission of bringing health justice and wellness to the multicultural communities of San Diego county by focusing resources on the most vulnerable populations with community based wellness strategies socialclinical interventions and research that will lead to the elimination of racial and ethnic health disparities. The Business of Health Care Healthcare is big business. Thats why in 2012 the Multicultural Medical Group MMG created the Multicultural Health Foundation MHF as its corporate social responsibility initiative to apply business of healthcare methods to design and finance prevention services.
