The organization provides supportive services primarily education and training to highrisk populations on their journey toward being equipped and developed as leaders. Since 2015 True Believers Community Connections has been working throughout the southside of Chicago to provide a wide variety of supportive services to strengthen our most susceptible neighborhoods. We have seen the huge impact our program has made in the lives of many young adults across multiple communities within Cook County.
