They got to experience different cultures each day through music, art and stories, learn the history through lessons and trips to museums and taste different foods from Latin America, Italy, Portugal, Asia and the United States. Yesterday, we celebrated UCAP students at our annual Closing Ceremony event signaling the end of the 2025 school year. We are so proud of each and every student and what they accomplished this year! The future is bright for our 8th graders moving on to high school, and we're excited to have another year with the students moving up to 8th grade. Special thanks to Paula DeBlois, Fund for UCAP Board Chair, who addressed our students and encouraged them to remember the lessons, and come back to UCAP if they need help or advice. We honored Chris Cuthbertson with the Friend of UCAP Award for her involvement with UCAP for more than 30 years! UCAP student, Jadaliz F, mesmerized the audience with her beautiful voice as she sang to close out the ceremony.
