Thanks to our amazing youth facilitators, UP kicked off year 2 working with all five schools in Methuen, MA on Youth Participatory Action Research projects. This group of new and past participants discussed what they did last year, aspirations for this year, and next steps in their action plan (while having fun and practicing their data analysis skills). Empowering youth and adults to reimagine and transform education together OUR WORK AT UP FOR LEARNING UP for Learning helps educational institutions across the country fully engage youth in their own learning and in reimagining and transforming education. We utilize researchbased models that reshape the studentteacher relationship to one of shared ownership and shared responsibility. UP offers facilitation strategies tools and ongoing coaching to ensure that learning is engaging for everyone and youth are fully empowered.
