SPAY NEUTER PROJECT SPAY NEUTER PROJECT OF PARKCOUNTY About Us The Spay Neuter Project of Park County is a volunteerrun organization based in Livingston Montana. We work to reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats in our area by providing lowcost spaying and neutering. The Spay Neuter Project started in 2012 with sponsorship from the Livingston Stafford Animal Shelter and in 2014 became an independent taxexempt 501c3 organization. How We Work Clinics these are held in Livingston and are for cats only.
