Congressman Gerald E. Connolly’s remarkable career in public service focused on the needs of the most vulnerable members of our community, such as underprivileged children, low-income families, and immigrants. As a nonprofit whose mission is to lift up these residents in Fairfax County and neighboring regions, Devotion To Children has worked closely with Congressman Connolly for its entire three-decade history.
