TO CONNECT, SUPPORT AND FOSTER STATE-WIDE INIATIVES, MANAGE PUBLIC POLICY EFFORTS AND ENSURE COMMUNICATION TO ADVANCE THE YMCA'S CAUSE-DRIVEN MISSION THROUGHOUT MINNESOTA, WISCONSIN AND THE U.P.
