Use reflector tape, flashlights, and wear light-colored clothing if possible so that drivers can see you in the dark. 2. If children are old enough to go out without supervision, remind them to stay with a buddy and stick to locations they know. 3. Put down electronic devices and pay attention when walking. 4.
