Our Lady's Inn is a nonprofit organization based in St. Louis, Missouri, with a mission to provide housing and support for pregnant women in crisis. Established in 1982, it operates as a life-affirming alternative to abortion, offering comprehensive services to help these women achieve stable lives for themselves and their families.

History

Our Lady's Inn was founded on January 22, 1982, initially operating at St. John Nepomuk Parish. To expand its services, a second home opened in Bellefontaine Neighbors. Over the years, the organization has continued to grow, introducing an Aftercare Program in the late 1980s to support mothers post-birth. In the late 1990s, nursing staff were added to enhance residential program services. Later, transitional housing facilities were established, and additional locations were opened to serve more areas.

Programs

• Residential Services: Provides housing and essential care for pregnant women and their families, aiming to help them achieve health, education, employment, and stable housing.
• Aftercare Program: Offers ongoing support to families after they leave the residential program, ensuring continued stability and well-being.
• Trauma-Informed Care: Introduced in 2014, this service model emphasizes understanding and addressing the unique needs of individuals who have experienced trauma.
