Empowered children engage more in classrooms, cope with adversities better and look towards future with optimism. In Uganda, they are less likely to drop out of schools as well. With this insight, we are taking steps through our sister organization Healing Together Uganda to nurture young dreams in the country and help them thrive. This week, we had children aged 13-17 join our training sessions where they learnt how to build their self-esteem, social skills, communication skills and emotional skills.
