Strauss Park The District First Fridays Our Work A great arts district brings people together and enriches lives. Clean Safe and Beautiful We want to ensure the District is clean safe and beautiful for all visitors and residents. Significant improvements have been made due to the newly reestablished a Community Improvement District CID. The Grand Center CID has provided the steady reliable revenue stream needed to address these kinds of needs on a continuing and systematic basis.
