Our Family Resource Center team recently spent the day growing their knowledge and strengthening their impact at the University of South Carolina Upstate Child Protection Training Center (CPTC)! The overall goal of the CPTC is to reduce Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) in our region, improve our responses to child maltreatment, and build resiliency for all children, youth, and families. AboutPendleton Place In 1975 the Junior League of Greenville established Pendleton Place as an emergency shelter for children entering foster care. Over the years we have evolved into a community cornerstone for children and families experiencing foster care homelessness poverty and other forms of trauma.
