🧠 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🧠 Mental health matters—for everyone. But for Autistic adults, the stakes are even higher. 💬 Autistic adults are more than twice as likely as neurotypical people to be diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. About 1 in 5 Autistic adults lives with anxiety, and many also face challenges like OCD and social phobia at significantly higher rates.
