In honor of Juneteenth, the Wilmington Senior Center will be CLOSED on Thursday, June 19, and Friday, June 20. Juneteenth is a time to reflect, celebrate freedom, and honor the resilience and contributions of African Americans throughout our nation’s history. We join together to honor and celebrate the day when freedom truly reached all corners of our nation. Juneteenth is a powerful reminder of resilience, hope, and the ongoing journey toward equality and justice. At the Wilmington Senior Center, we stand in reflection, celebration, and solidarity.
