What an unforgettable day celebrating 10 years of Southern Reins! More than 200 guests—participants, families, volunteers, donors, and supporters—joined us to honor a decade of connection, growth, and impact. Even with the rain, the barn was full of smiles, laughter, and Southern charm with live music from DEVIL TRAIN, delicious food from The Fry Guy, amazing desserts by Off The Square Catering, warm drinks and even warmer friendships. One of the most special moments came when Parker Brown, our very first participant, returned from Texas to share how Southern Reins has changed his life. To top it all off, Collierville Mayor Maureen Fraser presented a proclamation declaring October 26 as Southern Reins Center for Equine Therapy Day! A huge thank-you to everyone who made this milestone celebration possible—including Valerie Calhoun FOX13 and FOX13 Memphis for featuring the event, and LSI Graphics for our incredible photo banner and custom koozies that made the day even more festive.
