The Youth Council for Positive Development Our Mission Our mission is to provide academic enrichment and positive socialization in a culturally sensitive and safe environment. Our intent is to develop youth who are critical thinkers who will be engaged in the positive wellbeing of their community. Our programs are based upon Maat Values and the Nguzo Saba Kwanzaa Principles.
