Our goal is to share our passion for heritage preservation by generating cultural property law and policy solutions that mitigate or prevent antiquities trafficking, archaeological site looting, artifact theft, and ancient monuments destruction. Red Arch Cultural Heritage Law & Policy Research protects cultural heritage by generating solutions to legal, political, and risk management problems impacting cultural property endangered by antiquities trafficking, archaeological site looting, war, theft, and vandalism. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we are all volunteers, applying world-class research and actively seeking out professional judgments to answer challenging cultural property law and cultural heritage preservation policy questions.
