If you are experiencing homelessness we can help How We Help The Community Partnership serves as a focal point for efforts to reduce homelessness in the District of Columbia. We believe collaboration within the community is our strongest tool to address homelessness in the District of Columbia. The TCP Family has spent the last 30 years working to foster and deepen connections with the communities we serve. We collect analyze and provide access to homeless services data.
