Mission and Focus
While specific details about the organization's mission are limited, it appears to advocate for consumers and homeowners by providing resources and advocacy related to HOA legal issues. This includes working within the framework of California HOA laws, which are governed by the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, among other statutes[2][4].

Role in Consumer Advocacy
As a consumer advocacy group, it provides information and support to homeowners dealing with HOA issues, highlighting the importance of understanding and navigating complex legal frameworks affecting community living in California[4]. This role aligns with broader efforts to ensure fair governance and protection of homeowner rights within HOAs.
