Kentuckys voice for atrisk children and families Mission Vision Mission Shape public policy and practice to improve the wellbeing of Kentuckys atrisk children and families through advocacy leadership collaboration and education. Our Values Children should be loved nurtured and safe from abuse neglect and violence. Children should achieve permanence wellbeing and History Founded as The Group Child Care Association of Kentucky in May of 1961 to give a voice to Kentuckys abused and neglected children. What We Do We advocate for improved care and treatment of Kentuckys children by bringing together agencies providing services to children.
