Home About News Events Affiliates Conversation with Communities Contact More Conversation with Communities The National Centers of Arts Technology NCAT the Manchester Bidwell Corporation39s enterprise unit serves as a vital bridge between communities and the institutions that support them. Building on three decades of success replicating the Bidwell Training Center and Manchester Craftsmen39s Guild models NCAT has evolved into a trusted national convener that brings together diverse stakeholders to strengthen the community foundations. We facilitate meaningful dialogue between and among Rural and urban community residents K12 and higher education institutions business and employers and local State and Federal policymakers. Through consultative partnerships NCAT helps build lasting trust between community members and their supporting institutions fostering a sustainable strategy that leads to positive change.
