📣 Scope of Practice – Next Steps for Nebraska OTs 📣 Great news! 🎉 The updated Scope of Practice bill for occupational therapy was signed into law this August, opening exciting new opportunities for OT professionals across Nebraska. ⚠️ Important Reminder: Until the Nebraska OT Board and Licensing Division officially update the rules and regulations, OTs must continue practicing under the current regulations. You can review them here: 🔗 Current Nebraska OT Rules & Regulations 🛠️ NOTA is actively working with the Board and Licensing Unit to align regulations with the new law.
