Welcome to HTC Hardscrabble Trails Coalition HTC is a 501c 3 notforprofit volunteer organization committed to maintaining and improving highquality nonmotorized trail experiences for existing and future generations near Eagle and Gypsum Colorado. Maintaining trails One of the main missions of HTC is to keep the down valley single track in solid riding shape. We faciltate volunteers getting out and working with local land managers from the Town of EagleTown of Gypsum BLM and Forest Service. Community engagement HTC is here to help with everything from installing signage helping people understand trail etiquette and questions about current closures or trail conditions.
