Friday’s boxing session carried a steady, determined energy 🥊. We were excited to welcome several new athletes who quickly settled in alongside our returning participants, creating a focused and hardworking atmosphere 💥. This week, we dedicated extra time to the rotating stations, giving every athlete more space to tune in, absorb coaching, and sharpen their skills. Whether working mitts, bags, agility, or reflex drills, the athletes brought intensity and focus 💪, using each station as a chance to grow stronger and more confident 🔥.
