RACE FOR THE PLACE 2025 for The Gathering Place! Our volunteers were honored to be at this great cause on a beautiful Sunday morning! Over 2,700 participants were present today! We saw heroes of all ages who have endured the hardship of cancer. The mission of The Gathering Place is to support, educate and empower individuals and families currently coping with the impact of cancer in their lives through programs and services provided free of charge. Our Mission Spreading joy to children facing adversity. Our mission is to spread goodwill through simple acts of kindness recognize individuals who have battled through adversity and encourage the involvement of the community to make a positive difference in the lives of others. We make costumed visits to childrens hospitals special needs centers and various charitable events whenever we are needed. Join us at our next event.
