The Ohio Family Care Association serves to connect, educate, advocate and support Ohio's adoptive, foster, kinship, primary and respite families. The Ohio Family Care Association serves and strengthens families caring for Ohio’s most vulnerable children OFCA connects and advocates for Ohio resource families (adoptive, foster, kinship, and respite), primary families, child-caring agency personnel, and interested others to promote the best interests of children, youth, and families who have been touched by Ohio’s child placement systems that utilize resource families.
