The Gamma Mu Chapter proudly hosted its Annual Alumni and Undergraduate Leadership Dinner on July 10 at the Chicago Club, commemorating 123 years of excellence at the University of Illinois. Chartered in 1902, the Gamma Mu Chapter of Sigma Nu became the ninth fraternity on campus and has since built a distinguished legacy. In 1931, during the tenure of Sigma Nu Brother Harry Woodburn Chase (Dartmouth) as President of the University, the chapter constructed its iconic 16,000-square-foot Georgian-style chapter house on Pennsylvania Avenue, where members continue to reside today. #sigmanu #legionofhonor (fb)

That’s a wrap on Day 4! The 71st Grand Chapter has officially concluded in San Antonio. Over the past several days, brothers worked diligently to advance the mission and future of our Fraternity. The Fraternity extends a hearty Hi Rickety to our newly elected High Council and to Sigma Nu’s 69th Regent, Brother Steve Ratterman (Indiana). As Regent Ratterman shared in his closing remarks, “we have an opportunity that few have had over the history of our Fraternity, or frankly in many fraternities. Let’s embrace the opportunity with a vision worthy of our Founders.” We are excited to see what our Fraternity accomplishes in this new biennium, and we look forward to reuniting in two years for the 72nd Grand Chapter in Orlando, Florida.
