After 18 incredible years of service, including the last four as CEO, Melissa Sobolik will be stepping down from her role at the Great Plains Food Bank on July 11, 2025. Kate Molbert, Chief Operating Officer, will serve as interim CEO until the board identifies the next leader. The board has already begun the search and we will certainly keep you updated. Our team is so grateful for Melissa’s leadership, heart, and unwavering commitment to ending hunger.
