WHY run this Community Health Promotion pilot program? 💬 Chronic illnesses like Diabetes and Hypertension are on the rise, but many people still aren’t getting diagnosed or sticking with treatment. Our full day of clinic was all about reaching people who’ve been unsure, hesitant, or left out, and learning why. The goal?
