Independent, nonprofit, charitable organization dedicated to supporting the RPD and Policing With A Spirit of Service. Insuring your future. We provide SMART coverage for all of life's moments. The Rochester Police Foundation was established as an independent nonprofit organization to support the Rochester Police Department in public safety and law enforcement excellence. The Police Foundation works closely with the Chief of Police to develop and implement a strategic program to raise awareness and resources that are not readily available through other means.
