🌊 "Last week during our Beach Ministry, before we even wrote a question on our whiteboard, a young man approached us out of curiosity. As we spoke, we learned he was a Jewish visitor from Israel. Though he came from a secular background and hadn’t read much of the Torah, he said he genuinely wanted to believe in God—because he could see how faith helps people. The young man told us that the reason he felt drawn toward God was because of the pain and war he saw back home. Friends his age were dying in conflict, and it made him question the meaning of life. He admitted he didn’t know what he needed to turn to. 🕊️ So I shared how the Messiah Yeshua came and suffered—at an age similar to ours—dying a violent death to bring an end to violence in God's world and to offer His shalom. He told us he had never heard these things before. Before he left, we were able to place a Gospel of Mark in his hands and encourage him to read more about Yeshua.
