Reports are that many individuals who have been in the U.S. for two years or less who have Notices to Appear are going to their mandatory hearings, only for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to request that their cases be terminated or dismissed, and soon after, arresting them. This is a clear violation of people’s due process rights, and they are not given the chance to appeal. Everyone, per the US Constitution, has a right to due process! SAY IT LOUD! SAY IT CLEAR!
