Since Kano and Hayashi founded us in 1972, our mission has been to empower individuals with disabilities through vocational rehabilitation and supportive services, helping them reach their fullest potential for self-worth and independent living. We at Asian Rehabilitation Service, Inc., (ARS) believe in the uniqueness, worth, cultural integrity, and right to human dignity for every person. It is our mission to provide vocational, rehabilitation and other services by which individuals with disabilities can achieve their highest potential for self-worth and independent living.
