UNITED EDUCATORS FOR HOUSING AND LITERACY

UEHL

A non-profit with a vision: every child in the US reading at grade level by 3rd grade through a three-pronged, research-validated approach to national literacy. MPAA Mastodons is a youth football organization giving back to the community of East Palo Alto/Menlo Park. With unlimited weights (grade/age based), every child can play. Bigger, better, different football. UEHL’s mission is to bring awareness of reading scores of Black youth throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, educate parents, teachers, and community leaders on literacy instruction, and support a basic allowance for housing (BAH) for teachers, one community at a time. We are a San Francisco Bay Area-founded organization. We are here to serve all nine San Francisco Bay Area counties, and all K-12 public school teachers nationwide.
