🎁 SETTING THE TONE FOR A YEAR OF KINDNESS: 🗓️ ❤️ The Kaylie Rehabilitation Medical Center at ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran was abuzz today, as special visitors streamed through the patient wards distributing heartfelt gifts. To mark the New Year, students from the village's Special Education School handed out sachets of potpourri to the rehabilitation patients, receiving warm smiles and abundant gratitude in return. Because most of the students are nonverbal, each teacher carried a button with a recording of themselves saying 'Shana Tova!' ('Happy New Year!') and encouraged the students to push the buttons to complete each interaction. Many of the patients were so overwhelmed by the visit that they were moved to tears.
