The mission of Kensington Soccer Club (KSC) is to unite the broader Kensington community with soccer and youth development programs for all, regardless of ability to pay. We believe that every child should have access to quality, safe, and fun programming in their very own communities. KSC is a vehicle for community empowerment and opportunity: we connect our youth to civic engagement opportunities and connect people in our community to social services and employment opportunities. All of our programs are focused on the concept of sports-based youth development, which sees sports as a vehicle for promoting positive achievement in sports and in life, through promoting teamwork, positive problem solving behaviors, goal setting and the support of caring adult mentors.
