Worland flying club was formed as a nonprofit organization aimed at giving local aviation enthusiasts an affordable means of achieving their aviation goals in the Big Horn Basin. our planes Certified Flight Instructors Bill Pennington CFI founder Bill Pennington CFII Bill has 15500 hrs and 3500 hrs flight instruction. Bill received his private pilot in 1992. He holds a 5 type ratings CFI Instrument instructor Multi engine instructor and Airline Transport Pilot.
