Today, our country celebrates independence, freedom, and justice. But for many of the people we support, and many of our staff, those promises can feel distant or conditional. At RSI, we don’t take those words for granted. We live them. Every day, and especially today, our team shows up with care, commitment, and compassion. While the systems around us often fall short, our staff bring dignity, safety, and belonging to life. They embody the very ideals we’re meant to celebrate. To those working this July 4: thank you.
