Exciting Updates!! The Nkoisuash Community Recreation Hall building project has seen great progress thanks to generous funding from Crossroads Christian Church and lots of help from community members who have given their time and labor. The hall will serve as a central gathering space for educational sessions, youth recreation, skills development workshops, and cultural events. The Osaeni Sidai Group was present and these local women were given supplies and lessons to strengthen their jewelry making technique and designs. This project helps support local women in creating beadwork and jewelry for both cultural and income-generating purposes, which enhances their economic independence, preserves their cultural craft, and strengthens local capacity. KCEA is grateful to everyone making these projects possible and looks forward to welcoming the Crossroads Christian Church mission team later this month! (fb)
