Together We Are Able. The League is dedicated to understanding and combatting the challenges faced by people with disabilities and their families. For almost a century The League has been a pillar of the Baltimore community and continues to be a leader in advocating for the rights and improving the lives of people with physical cognitive and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help individuals gain independence and increase their selfsufficiency in order to improve their overall quality of life through our diverse array of programs and services.
