Today was nothing short of extraordinary. 🐾🇺🇸 Eight veteran-service dog teams graduated as fully trained service dog teams after two years of unwavering commitment. Week after week, these veterans worked with Dog Tag Buddies trainers—through the highs, the lows, the cuss words, the “I’m done” moments—and came out stronger. This isn’t just about obedience or cues. It’s about rebuilding trust, reclaiming independence, and finding a new normal. Social mobility takes time. Healing takes time. Learning to navigate the world with purpose and confidence takes time. But these veterans showed up—for themselves, for their families, and for the future they deserve.
