National Friends of the Libraries Week is underway through Saturday, October 25. We would like to recognize our library support groups with a big THANK YOU! This includes the Friends of the Library, Library Endowments, Library Foundations, North County Library Authority, Library Commissions, and our Joint Powers Authority Board. We recognize their hard work, dedication and time spent supporting our libraries. Each of our libraries’ Friends group is independently operated to help support the local library through fundraising, volunteering, and awareness. Friends of the Library groups also host used book sales, with proceeds supporting library services.
