Our 2025 Backyard Climbing Festival was nothing short of incredible, and it’s all thanks to YOU. 🌟 From start to finish, the energy was high, the community was strong, and the stoke was real. Whether you joined us for the clinics, the party in the park, the food, the silent auction, or just to connect with your climbing community, your presence made a difference. By showing up, you weren’t just attending an event, you were actively supporting the Boulder Climbing Community’s mission to protect, maintain, and advocate for the climbing areas we all love. Every dollar raised during the BCF goes directly back into the work that matters: replacing aging anchors, building sustainable trails, providing wag bags, protecting raptor nesting sites, and ensuring climbers of all backgrounds have access to safe, welcoming outdoor spaces. More Blob Rock love! In addition ot the 100 bolts that were replaced by our Anchor Replacement Program, our Trail Program just finished up 4 weeks of work improving the access trail to Main and East Blob. In order to get the trail out of the heinous gully that accesses East Blob, the trail crew, with the help of many volunteers, constructed a new 200 ft section of trail, including 30 stone steps and whopping 500 square feet of stone retaining wall! We can’t wait to get out there in the coming months to continue this effort and finish up this project! (fb)
