The August Planning Meeting with the National Executive Council was Inspiring! ✨ During this time, the NEC set bold goals, engaged in an impactful workshop from @usarmy 🎖️, and laid the groundwork for a powerful year ahead through their vision statement: “Leading authentically, serving genuinely, and offering opportunities that turn passion into purpose and keep FCCLA conneCTEd.” Each officer signed this statement ✍️ to show their commitment to living it out during their year of service. This is an important milestone for the team because it provides a touchstone they can come back to when making decisions, setting goals, and representing FCCLA. The National Officers had the honor of learning from Lt. Col. Jeku Royce “J.R.” Arce, Army Reserve Ambassador Program Manager, Office of the Chief of Army Reserve. Through an engaging and interactive leadership workshop, LTC Arce challenged the officers to reflect on their purpose, elevate their habits, and strengthen their commitment to serving others.
