This week’s campers have been thinking strategically, building creatively, and staying active on the field. In Cosmic LEGO Creators, young engineers tackled space-themed build challenges—from designing moon bases with Legos to programming rovers using colored pads. It was a great mix of hands-on construction and early robotics, all inspired by real-life space exploration. In Chess Camp, students sharpened their skills across all levels, learning tactics, studying master games, and playing matches. On the turf in Level Five Field Hockey Camp, campers have been working on dribbling, passing, dodging, and full-field play with guidance from experienced coaches. From nature walks to holiday treats, this week’s camps are full of hands-on learning and summer fun. In Wild Wonders, campers explored campus streams and ponds, searched for tadpoles and crayfish, and created art prints using casts of real fish - blending science, creativity, and curiosity about the natural world. Over in Let's Make Every Day A Holiday, festive flavors took center stage with sweet and savory dishes inspired by everything from Valentine’s Day to Halloween.
