About Us Adopt Volunteer Donate Contact Us More Donate to Support Our Mission The Friends of the Animal Shelter FOTAS is a 501c3 organization that raises funding for numerous animals held in local shelters. FOTASmakes it a goal to improve the lives of shelter animals in the local area that require any veterinarian assistance. FOTAS work closely with the Sioux City Animal Adoption Rescue Center. Our goal is to help with shelter animals medical care prior to adoption.
