MSI Integrity Beyond Corporations From 20102020 MSI Integrity investigated whether when and how multistakeholder initiatives protect and promote human rights. The culmination of this research detailing the significant limitations of MSIs is available in our report Not FitforPurpose. We then embarked in a new direction Beyond Corporations applying lessons learned from the grand experiment in multistakeholderism to promote business models that center workers and communities in their governance and ownership. As we explored this further we realized that our work investigatingMSIs and reimagining the corporate form were part of a wider transformativevision that our staff and board shared a vision where human rights and economic justice are grounded in shifting power to workers and communities.
