Meet Rudder, a 50 pound, 2-year-old herder/ lab/ terrier boy who’s equal parts athlete, cuddlebug, and cautious explorer. * Gentle and shy at first: In the shelter as a stray, Rudder was terrified and huddled in the corner of his kennel. He has blossomed in his foster home and now loves people with all his heart with a short warm up period! * House manners galore: Quickly learns house rules and can be left with free access to the house and yard with his foster siblings while the parents are out. * Snuggle pro: Once he warms up, Rudder loves nothing more than affection—offering cuddles, couch-time snuggles and sweet moments of closeness - a true Velcro dog. * Parkour pup potential: Did you say BALL?! Rudder has the fetch and return to your feet down and he’s got amazing shortstop moves! Agility? Fly ball? Swimming?
