This week HDC celebrated the first day of SUMMER with a summer solstice celebration. Transforming Lives Together One individual at a time We Believe In Serving People At HDC we believe that positive transformation requires a partnership between the person their family and our own staff. We care about everyone who walks through our doors and are dedicated to their health safety and happiness. Community Development Services These services are offered as an alternative to our traditional Day Habilitation programs.
