Have you been driving around Saco seeing some beautifully decorated utility boxes? Thornton Academy students Ella Wiggs and Lilly Page were selected as winners of Phase III of the Saco Arts Commission’s Traffic Signal Cabinet Renovation Project! Their designs were transformed into vinyl wraps to put on boxes that sit on the corner of Buxton Road and Hillview Avenue, as well as at the intersection of Portland Road and Cascade Road.
